2 lbs Dearborn Brand Spiral Sliced Turkey Breast
2 cups chicken broth
1.5 tsp olive oil
1 large sweet red pepper, cored, deveined and coarsely chopped
1 cup onion, chopped
2 tbsp garlic, chopped
3 cups canned diced tomatoes
2 (16 oz) cans kidney beans, drained and rinsed
3 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp fresh or dried oregano, chopped
2 bay leaves
2 tsp ground cumin
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream (optional)
salt and ground black pepper to taste

  • Heat olive oil in large pot over medium heat
  • Add Dearborn Brand Spiral Sliced Turkey Breast and cook about 5 minutes, until browned
  • Stir in sweet red pepper, onions, garlic, oregano, bay leave, cumin, salt and pepper
  • Add chicken broth, tomatoes, kidney beans and cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
  • Bring to boil then reduce heat to low, simmer 30 minutes
  • Serve with cheddar cheese and sour cream if desired
