Once our Human Resources Department receives and reviews application submissions, suitable applicants will be asked to engage in a drug screening. If the drug screening is successfully passed, the applicant will then be contacted to schedule an orientation, typically held on a Thursday.
Our orientation typically occurs on Thursday and takes about an hour and a half. During the process, applicants will be required to provide two valid forms of ID to complete our Dearborn Brand Employment Packet, a FORM I-9 and other related paperwork. Safety videos will also be shown. Please note that we use E-Verify to achieve a lawful workforce. Hired employees will typically begin work on the following Monday.
