Ingredients:
1 lb Dearborn Brand Kielbasa
2 lbs Dearborn Brand Sauerkraut
⅓ lb Dearborn Brand bacon
¼ cup onions
1 tbsp brown sugar
¼ tsp pepper
Directions:
- Rinse 2lbs of Dearborn Brand kraut & drain
- Cook ¼ lb of Dearborn Brand bacon, chop & add to kraut
- Sauté ¼ cup of onions and add ¼ tbsp. Brown sugar in same pan bacon was prepared
- Add ¾ tbsp of brown sugar and ¼ tsp pepper to kraut – mix together
- Cut up 1 lb Dearborn Brand Kielbasa and mix with kraut
- Put kraut and kielbasa in baking dish
- Place baking dish in oven @ 325 for 45 minutes
