We take great pride in the quality of our premium products. To ensure our customers have the best experience and keep you coming back for that great Dearborn taste, we deliver straight to your door, adhering to a very strict shipping policy.
To avoid packages sitting at shipping facilities over the weekends, we only ship Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. A 24-hour notice is required for all orders containing refrigerated items to ensure their freshness.
Please note that any orders placed Wednesday through Friday will be shipped on the following Monday, and orders placed Friday through Monday will be shipped on the following Tuesday. Non-refrigerated products can be shipped the same day via ground service, as long as the order is placed on a designated shipping day. We will schedule delivery as close to your requested date as possible, using our allotted shipping dates. Please be sure to notify recipient of the delivery date.
Order on Monday by 2pm – your order will ship on Tuesday.
Order on Tuesday by 2pm – your order will ship on Wednesday.
Order on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday by 2pm – your order will ship on Monday.
Order on Saturday or Sunday – your order will ship on Tuesday.
- All orders are shipped Driver Release, which means the order will be delivered to the recipient without a signature, at the driver’s discretion.
- Packages will be left at exterior doors.
- Our service providers do not telephone before delivery, and we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
- To arrange on-time delivery, please have proper and complete addresses for all orders.
- We do not deliver to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.
- All products are packed in white boxes with insulated coolers.
- All refrigerated products are frozen and packed with ice packs.
- We include shipping & handling, along with packaging material costs, in final shipping costs.
- We can ship internationally to Canada only, but please note there are additional costs for this service.

- Unsuccessful deliveries as a result of recipient unavailable at residence, or changes in address after shipment has left our facility, will not be refunded or reshipped.
